For those who have changed their airtran tickets

What did you say when you called them? I noticed on some other posts people mentioned that they changed their tickets even though airtran hadn't changed their time and were able to get them changed for free.
Did they send you an email confirming your new flights?? I would like to get both of mine changed if at all possible so I was thinking of doing this.

I have only ever heard of people (including me) changing their flights for free AFTER their booked flights have had a change, even if only a few minutes.
