??For those who got 20.02 rate @CBM

Hi everyone,

I read a previous post that said these rates were first advertised
in May of last year, where were the rates advertised?

I also understand that these rates were only good for Sun. through Thur. What were your rates for Fri-Sat?

When were the rates good for? Sept. through Dec?

Do all the rooms have balconys?

Did you enjoy your stay at this hotel?

I was only able to get the $20.02 rate for Tuesday through Thursday of the week we traveled (rented points from a DVC member for Sunday and Monday). I believe the rates were for August and September. We were very satisfied with our room, the staff, transportation, and the breakfast buffet. We even found ourselves back at the hotel for the manager's reception a lot more often than we thought we would.

I think we were quoted a $79 rate for the Sunday and Monday, perhaps $89 on Friday, Saturday.

Our non-tower room had a balcony, and the hot tub was hot!

If we see a $20.03 rate, I'll be calling right away!

I first heard about the special rate on the DIS. I called the hotel directly, they quoted me the $20.02 for Sun-Thurs. The other nights were $59 with AAA. However, we ended up getting the $20.02 rate for the entire stay. I questioned them about it being right and they said yes.

We were on the 12th floor and had a balcony. I think it's a nice hotel. The staff was great. We didn't use the transportation since we drove though. And the location is great too. We were able to see several large WDW landmarks from the balcony. And we enjoyed the nightly fireworks from Pleasure Island.

First heard about the rate from the All Ears newsletter and it was posted here. Keep your eyes open and it book it as soon as you see it mentioned, because the rooms at that rate sell out fast. We paid $99.00 for Friday and Saturday night.

All the rooms have balconies or patios but keep in mind that most of the balconies are enclosed and do not even have chairs on them.

Thought the hotel was okay, especially for the price, but the rooms are plain and the bus transportation was not very convenient. There were a couple of times we waited more than an hour after park closing to get on a bus.

We won't be staying there again even at that price, but that's JMHO!
