For Those Who Go To WDW often

We only live about 300 miles away so we drive.When we go we either camp at Ft Wilderness or we get a great price on Priceline.We buy 6 or 7 day park hoppers but we can make those tickets last for a LONG time. We do not go to the parks every day. Sometimes we just go for a long weekend. We weent in March-April for 7 days and only went to the parks two days!!!!

We live in Texas close to Dallas so driving is difficult for us. We also only go during school breaks so I have to really budget and keep checking for good deals. I look for codes and I particularly like Expedia. And we don't always stay onsite if it's too expensive but then the Allstars are always reasonable, I just don't care for them.

Our last two trips and our next planned trip the airfare was and is going to be free! Each trip we put our names on the overbooked list, get bumped and use the credit for the next trip. Our last trip, March 2002, we got bumped twice for a total of 3-4 hours and now have $800 total in credit.

WE bought AP's. We also live in VA and drive down. If you know where to look, it's not that expensive to go (excluding tickets and airfare). We've made 3 trips so far since last Sept and 1 more is planned for Aug.

We also own DVC, and buy annual passes. We usually drive down from New Jersey.....but also check often for good rates on airfare.

We are DVC members who live in NC. We go at least once a year and fly every time. We usually can get na flight out of Greensboro or Raleigh for around $128- 150 roundtrip. We plan our trip 11 mos in advance and work several hrs doing side jobs to fund these trips. DVC allows us to make these annual trips possible.

We also have DVC points, and buy annual passes. We fly when its cheap and drive when its not. We try to get three trips in a two year, one annual pass season.
