For those who don't really like BLT, why?

First trip in 2011 we stayed in a studio and I was just "meh" didn't like the decor, didn't like the lack of nightstand and the furnishings. Last year we had a ground floor standard view 1 bedroom and I loved it!!

It was huge, loved the 2nd bathroom. Very quiet (we looked towards the marina) and love not having to deal with the marina.

We are big pool people and I do feel the pool is really lacking and a negative but my DS enjoyed the main pool at CR and we loved the Splash Pad at the GF. I also think Contempo Cafe has great options for QS.

ETA: I can take or leave the monorail (coming home from Epcot takes FOREVER!) but the walk to MK cannot be beat.

We'd probably never do BLT for an entire trip but it's great to do with a switch. Get all your MK out then and then move somewhere else.

We absolutely love it. For some of the reasons others do not care for it... I love that it's sleek and hard and contemporary. I do not go on vacation to feel like I am at home. I want to get away and staying someplace that does not remind me of my house is part of it. We love the location, the 2nd bath in the 1BR, the location, the contemporary-ness, the location, and hearing all the sounds (pool, electric water parade, fireworks, park noises, monorail, boats) remind me that we are staying just steps from the Magic. All of these are also reasons we chose BLT as our home.

Is the furniture uncomfortable? I don't really know -- we're so exhausted from having fun in the parks that sitting anywhere is just fine with us :) The king bed, jacuzzi tub, and enormous shower are pure heaven though!
