My questions is I sent my planner back about 6 weeks ago for our November trip and the sixty day mark is coming up, do I assume that they are making the reservation that I requested or do I contact them to verify? Since this is Thanksgiving week I don't want to get there and not have any reservations or my children reserved at the Never Land Club as I requested in the Vacation Planner. I already booked my 120 day out reservations myself.
 
I believe that they sent you an e-mail address to communicate with them, if you don't want to call directly (toll charges).

We haven't sent ours back yet (I can't seem to get DH to make up his mind), but we will be soon.

Just send them an e-mail- maybe include your phone number and they should call you.

If you're really concerned- call them and ask if they could call you back.

We are going concierge this trip...FRIDAY!!! I sent emails to them and received responses within an hour. I would attempt to contact them that way first...it's the cheapest and very effective.
 
How did you get the email address? I sent my questioaire back and haven't heard anything yet but I had alot of my plans made. I will need to change a few of the times I have for PS's and if I can just email it would be easier. Thanks
 

jdads, you can't beat the AKL for communication! They got me Cindy's with 3 days notice( last minute trip). I can't wait to read your trip report.

Polynesian is pretty good, but if you don't hear from them don't leave it to chance you can always cancel if the PS's are already made. :)
 
We stayed at Poly Concierge in Nov. 2001 I filled out the trip planner and never received a response. I also called & e-mailed but never received any response, each time I called I got a recording and left a message. When we arrived we did not get an itinerary and some of our PS's were wrong. So I would keep trying to get a hold of them, just to be sure.
 
Is there an email address for the Wilderness Lodge concierge? I made our ressies there over the summer for 10/11 but did not get a questionaire or anything- should I be concerned? Ive already made all my PS's etc.
