For those that have used Airmiles GC's for

Anyone use the GC's at the Car Care Center at WDW?

I am assuming you give them the GC when you pick up?
But in terms of making the reservation-you just book online as you normally would and secure the ressie with your credit card?

First of....We picked our rental at the airport not at the car centre.
I did use $200 GC for National last year. When you book online you put the numbers from the GC in the alloted area online.
Just bring the GC with you when you pick up the car. No problems.

Uh oh..I already booked as I saw a great rate..but I don't have the GC's yet and probably won't order them for a few more weeks-need a few more airmiles before I can.

I am pretty sure you need to do it on your reservation. Maybe call airmiles about it or National.
You can cancel your reservation and re-book when you get your GC's

I got the GC's Summer 2008. I did not put them in the reservation I just gave them at the airport when I picked up the car. Great value to reduce the rental cost. Thinking of doing same again this year if we go. I was concerned about waiting in line as opposed to their computer check in but there was only 1 person ahead of me and it went quickly.
You should have no problem. You can use discount codes like Wal-mart or gov't codes and then use GC's to reduce cost further.

quick update..I called National today to let them know I had a exsisting ressie and was going to be ordering a GC. They said just to call back and add the GC to the reservation-will make things go quicker when picking up the car as the amount due will already be adjusted.
