Have you noticed a greater number of available surveys? I've been doing Pinecone for about 5 years now and was almost ready to quit as I only received 2 surveys the entire year last year. This year it seems like I'm averaging about 3 a month. Not complaining at all, love the extra $, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I've always had a fairly steady stream of surveys from them. However, I've been really unhappy lately with the length of some of the surveys lately. I've gotten a couple that took 30 minutes, and 30 minutes of my time is worth way more than $3. I miss the good old days when the surveys took 10-15 minutes and paid $5!

I've definitely been getting more - I think I've gotten probably 8 in the last 4-5 weeks, maybe less time than that. Before there was a real dry spell where I didn't get any for a few months at a time. I keep thinking I should quit just because it's not really worth my time, but I am a very fast reader and can whip through all but the longest ones in 5-10 minutes. I've only had a few that were very long and I think I got paid $10 for one of those, but it was last year.

Same with me, I read quickly as well. I receive only $3/survey. Would LOVE some of the $10 ones!:yay:

i've definitely gotten more surveys the past few months-usually one per week. they also seem to be longer, so it would be great if they'd boost the pay back to $5 per.

you have to be referred by a current member or get lucky and find a recruiting banner on a website.

Thanks. I just googled it and found a banner but it turned me down saying my household did not fit what they were looking for right now. But they would keep me in their system for a couple weeks in case something opens up.

I'm a very fast reader as well, but I've been getting some surveys with multiple screens of big charts where you have to make a lot of selections. If you put any thought into it they take awhile. Those are the ones I hate!

yours went down to $3? i just did one last week and i'm sure it was still $5 - though maybe i should check.

and ya it took ages to finish -

i'm at the point now where if they keep taking 30-40 minutes to finish i might opt out of them

especially if they have dropped the pay to 3 bucks. it doesn't become worth it - $6 an hour? thats less then minimum wage here.

not to mention they say it won't take long - 10 -15 minutes of your time and it just keeps going and going.

i've even had to do at least 3 of them over because something happened and it crashed out of the questions after about 20 minutes or so and when i emailed the just asked me to start over. agrrrr

I've gotten more and I've also had a few where they send the product for you to try out.

I admit that I'm getting a little tired of doing these though. Some of them take quite a while and I don't feel all that motivated when it's just $3.00.

I have 2 in my inbox right now - from this morning. Thought - I will look @ those later!
