Just wondering how long it took you to hear back on Disney's ROFR?

Then, if you did get in, how long until you were in the MS computer? Looking for an approximate time period on both so I know approximately when to start feeling anxious (as if I am not now, lol)! Waiting is the hardest part!!!!

Disney's ROFR response is usually taking people 10-20 days from the day they sign the initial purchase agreement.

After the broker gets the ROFR waiver, it will take about 2 additional weeks for you and the seller to receive your closing papers. The sale will "close" 1 to 2 days after both of you return the signed documents and final payment to the closing agent. As part of that closing process, the agent will forward the closing documents to DVC. It takes DVC about 1 week to get you into the system.

Once you confirm with the closing agent that your property has closed, wait about 3 business days and then begin calling DVC member services to ask if you are present in their system. As soon as you show up in the system, you'll be able to make a reservation.

From a selling side, I just finished a resale that I put up for sale on Feb. 25. Offer accepted the next day, paperwork signed
March 1. ROFR passed on March 11. Closing complete March 24.
