For those still having trouble retrieving reservations from the Member site -Try This

I had never experienced any problem getting my vacation details on the member site until this week. I played around on the site and have now been able to retrieve the details routinely and wanted to share with everyone to try.

From the member Home page, click on "My Membership/Vacation Points". Then click on "Vacation Details". If the "Sorry - that page is not available" still comes up, go back to "Vacation Points" and then click on "My Membership/Annual Dues" from the box on the left side. After loading the dues information, again click on "Vacation Points" and then try to get back into your "Vacation Details". It has worked for me without exception.

I suspect there is a bad link in the system that gives the error message which is somehow bypassed by linking from Annual Dues first.

Please report back if it still doesn't work for you.

Thanks, Jean. Sorry I missed the earlier explanation - it would have saved me some time messing with the member's site, but I'm glad everyone knows about this already.
