What do you use for a tie down point on the front of the scooter? I specifically have the Go-Go Traveler Elite Plus 3 wheel scooter and can't figure out where a good tie down spot would be on the front of the scooter and the manual doesn't help.

Also how do they tie down scooters and wheelchairs on Disney buses? Do they use a hook or do they loop a strap around somewhere and then back to the wall of the bus? Is this clear what I am trying to say?

I looked at the FAQ list and found nothing to explain this. Maybe I overlooked it?

Thanks for the help

On the buses they will often just hook the strap as a loop around the bottom of the tiller. This will hold it pretty firmly.

ECVs are not really meant to be tied down, so they don't have a lot of good spots to use.
This is a picture of my DD's wheelchair tied down in one of the Disney buses.

I hope you can see the straps with hooks, to the left below her shoe. For a wheelchair, they put the hook around a sturdy part of the wheelchair and then tighten the strap attached to the hook.
As Cheshire Figment mentioned, for ECVs, they often attach both hooks to each other around the tiller. This picture shows the hooks attached together to the right side of the picture, sort of directly below the aqua blue Mickey head.

Thank-you for your help. I knew someone on here would have the answer. Around the tiller was the only spot that I could see. On the back is no problem because there is a metal bar back there that is sturdy enough.
