Which is your favorite and why?

I have eaten at a number of signature restaurants. I still have a lot to go though! My wife and I love the California Grill. We cannot make a trip to disney without indulging in the tadmerin filet. The most unbelievable steak ever. We enjoy victoria and alberts, and others, but California Grill is the "must do" for us.

I've dined at both Artist Point and California Grill. Also Brown Derby, but I don't count that as a signature restaurant but Disney does.

Artist Point is my favorite of those three. I love the atmosphere and the service and the menu. California Grill is just too loud sometimes.

Jiko at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Beautiful setting, impeccable service, delicious and different menu--ALWAYS a very special evening.

I loved Jiko. Citricos and Artist Pointe are good as well.

Jiko is our favorite. The atmosphere, service and menu are phenomenal!

Jiko - filet mignon on mac and cheese - 'nuf said :flower:

California Grill - the views, the service and the food are outstanding!

liked Citricos and Artist Point but just not as memorable as the other 2.

My DH and I dined at Artist Point, California Grill and V&A during our honeymoon and loved California Grill the best. We just loved the food and the wines that our wonderful server recommended.

So far we've eaten at Yachtmans Steakhouse, Hollywood Brown Derby and Coral Reef. Our favorite was Hollywood Brown Derby because the food was different they more of the unusal foods mixed together. Next on our list is Yachtmans Steakhouse. Really good food but very typical for a steak house. The quality was outstanding so I rank it up there with Ruth Chris' Steakhouse. Our least favorite was Coral Reef. The food was just not prepared properly. It just might have been that we were there on a bad day. The atmosphere was great.

There are many more I want to eat at on our next trip. So, we'll definitely try some new ones. GL....

Victoria & Alberts is my favorite...is it even called a signature restaurant though?

Of the others, we've dined at all of them many times except Jiko (only 3 times) and Flying Fish (never). Of these, California Grill is my favorite. We've always had good food, service and the view of course is wonderful. We also enjoy the variety on the menu.

We enjoy all the others but at each have had an occasional miss in service/preparation.

We've dined a a few: Flying Fish, Coral Reef, Narcoossee's and Jiko. My favorite is Flying Fish,

Flying Fish, pretty good, CG, excellent, probably our favorite, the food was wonderful - DH especially liked the sushi, Artists Point, nice atmosphere, the food was good, Jiko, have to be open to some different kinds of foods, probably would skip it next time, Brown Derby did it as Fantasmic package, liked it alot, really liked Palio for the Italian food.

Trying Citricos in November, going back to CG, will do BD again for Fantasmic

Jiko- and I am not sure if I had low expectations (I am so picky & didn't think I would eat) or the food was THAT amazing... but we dined with 2 other couples and everyone RAVED about their meal as well. I would HIGHLY recommend it! :)

These are the signature restaurants where we've dined (loved that old dining plan!):

Coral Reef
Brown Derby
Artist Point
Jiko
Bistro de Paris

Overall favorite, one I'd do next time, is definitely Jiko. The food was incredible!! The wine was delicious! Our server was very accomodating. Bistro de Paris was a wonderfully long, relaxing meal. The food was excellent, but I have to be in the mood for it to go back.

Artist Point had great salmon. And I don't even like salmon. But we did have to wait quite some time to get in, even with our ADR, and walk ins were being seated before us.

Let's see, we've eaten at Jiko, California Grill, Flying Fish Cafe, Narcoosee's, Yachtmans Steakhouse, Artist Point, and the Hollywood Brown Derby. We still have Citricos and Coral Reef to try. I have a hard time deciding between Artist Point and California Grill. They are each such a different experience, but totaly enjoyable. I guess if you are looking for a very relaxing meal it would have to be Artist Point. But the food at California Grill is a tad bit better. If Narcoosee's wasn't so darn noisey all the time, it would be near the top of my list too.

Only have dined at two signaturer, Jiko and Flying Fish. Jiko was head and shoulders above Flying Fish.

I have eaten at quite a few of them, CG imo is the best. If they considered V&A a signature restaurant it would win- but they don't.

We've always looked at the menu for Jiko and said we'd rather eat at Boma. It's probably about the same price (give or take), but Boma's menu selection appeals to us more. There's something for everyone there, and I usually HATE buffets. We've eaten at the Flying Fish. It was amazing the first time but just very good the second time. We've also eaten at the California Grill (by the bar) The sushi was very good, with fairly generous portions for what we ordered, but that's about all we had (plus cocktails).
The Brown Derby looks good. We may eat there next trip. In the past we enjoyed the Mama's Diner place. You get more than a meal there. It was so much fun we had to go back!
