I happened to check this site and the sign up for Pinecone USA is open! A little bit down there is a link that says "Sign up for Pinecone USA is Open CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP"

I hope this works for someone else, but the link on the sign up page didn't work for me. So, bumping up for someone else. Hopefully it will work for them.
