For those of you that buy your contacts online

I used www.replacemycontacts.com. I got two boxes of six (6) B&L multifocal lens for $95.00- this included shipping, plus B&L was offering a $20 rebate when I bought 2 boxes.

This worked for me, however, I may try Walmart, Walgreens or Sams in a few months to see if I can get a better deal!

I got 4 boxes of contacts, toric lenses, for $92 with free shipping. It was a great deal.

Thanks for all the tips - just ordered through Vision Direct.com - they had 15% off plus free S&H through e-miles. Got my lenses for $25.49 per box, the eye doctor wanted $60 - how can they justify charging so much more? I feel bad, really I love my eye doctor & have been going to him forever, and would love to give him the business. But for a $70 savings I'm not feeling bad enough to buy from him anymore!

Congratulations on your savings! :thumbsup2
I guess the eye doctors feel safe charging that much more because so many people will pay the price. I learned after two appointments/prescriptions that I could save online!
I got my contacts much cheaper online. My two daughters have their annual eye appointments tomorrow. (We do all of our eye appointments in March each year.) I have already priced their contacts online and know the cheapest price that I can get them. I will see what they charge at the office. I am sure that I will be purchasing online again for DDs.

If anyone has vision care insurance, check the price with your eye doctor - the online places and warehouse stores are not networked with insurance. My daughter's contacts with VSP insurance through my work was $99 for year's supply plus there was a $70 rebate available - $29 total!

I am trying to order some for my husband and I from AClens, but they are only asking info for 1 patient and eye doctor, does anyone know what to do about this?

I bought mine from 1800 contacts. Their price was comparable with the eye doctor, but they have a price matching policy with online competitors. They beat contact lens king's price by 2% and had free shipping and no tax. Can't beat that.

A year's supply of my biofinity contacts through the dr. would have been around $250, but I got them for $113 at 1800 contacts. I don't think you can do any rebates through the company if you price match, but you can do a manufacturer's rebate.

I was really happy with how quick they came and they are perfect. No problems at all.

Did you order as 2 separate customers or one customer and double orders?

While I read that you already found a great deal, for those who still would like some information, the LensCrafters here will match any price (online or in-store) as long as you can provide proof (print-out/ad/etc.)

Even still, I still go with Costco b/c when I add in the cost of the exam, Costco is the better deal.

And Costco currently has a rebate for AcuVue - at least they did a couple of weeks ago when I got mine.

I called AcuVue today (DDs brand). They told me that I can print the rebate form off of their website and apply it to purchases from most places. Walmart, Sam's, Costco, 1800 Contacts did not apply because AcuVue said those places have their own rebates.
Southernbell_amy, you can always call ACLens. Their number is on the website. I had to call about my order last week because I wanted to use that coupon, but I wanted to verify that I could use it with DDs contacts also this week. They said it would be fine.
