For those of you living in Orlando.....

I was thinking of purchasing restaurant.com gift certs for Giordano's Pizza (hoped I spelled that right) for our upcoming trip. I am wondering if this is a good rest. (we'll probably do take out back at our condo) and if they are close to the Fountains Resort??

Any help is sooooo greatly appreciated!

PS - the location in Lake Buena Vista is the one I'm looking at.

Here is a link to a map with directions from Fountains Resort (hope it's the right one) to the Giordano's on Apopka Vineland, just north of Crossroads near Downtown Disney. I live just north of that area and LOVE Giordano's pizza. They offer traditional/thin crust pizza and thick crust Chicago style which is what I always get. Fantastic pizza, it's the only type I'll get here at home when I order pizza.

We've eaten there and we like it. Just to let you know, though, we bought a coupon from Groupon for there and our kids used it last week and it was for "eat in" only, no take out. I'm not sure if Restaurant.com is the same, but probably.

I have never used the restaurant coupons, but we love Giordano's. We've had it delivered to our resort many times.

I'm not from Orlando but I bought and used a certificate at this restaurant during my trip last month. It was great!! The $25 value certificates tend to sell out fast so get them when you get. It was only DH and I so $25 was perfect. I was technically like 8 cents short of the the minimum I was suppose to spend but they took it anyways. I also found it easy to find, but I was also using a GPS to navigate. There are several Giordano's in the Orlando area so make sure you buy for the correct one. They are location specific.

We go there every trip. We have been to one of the originals in Chicago and it was just as good. Not to miss!
