DH and I are trying to throw together a quick 4 night trip for mid to end September, and I'm wondering what folks have manged to get for Disney Club rates during that time? I'm specifically looking for rates for any of the moderates, Contemporary or the Wilderness Lodge.

I called the DC number and was quoted $131.42 a night for PO-FQ, which seems high to me. I went last year during the end of Sept and paid just under $100/night at CBR. Unfortunately, I missed out on the codes that were valid during this time- I think they had to be booked by 7/8.

I am also considering purchasing an AP for this trip, since we might go again within a year, so if anyone has any AP rates to share that would be great. From what I understand, you can book the room using an AP code before you actually purchase the AP, but you need to have the AP prior to check-in. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks in advance, everyone!!

Hi Mega~
We are going in mid Sept and missed the codes too. I called about DC, AP and Fall Fantasy rates and the Fall Fantasy was the cheapest.
Fall Fantasy includes room and Ultimate Park Hopper passes (you can also get the breakfast option that gives you vouchers for breakfast each day).
The price for POFQ for 2 adults for 4 nights w/o the breakfast, inc. tax was 971.82. If I'm doing my math right, I believe thats around $99.00/ night for the room. i believe that the breaskfast option was an additional $150.00.
For us it worked out the best. Good luck with your trip!

I've definately been thinking about the Fall Fantasy. The only problem is that we were also planning on going to Sea World too, so if we want to do that we won't get the full use out of the Ultimate Park Hopper passes. The rate you got does sound pretty reasonable, though. I'm waiting for a quote from Dreams Unlimited, and I'm thinking of just trying CRO for the heck of it- who knows, maybe they honor the expired code anyway. It's worth a try!

If anyone has any other info on September rates I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!!

I was quoted $472.40 for 4 nights at the CBR, which works out to about $118 per night (this does include tax). So I feel a little better, although still a bit steamed that I went at the same time last year and paid less. Oh well- you snooze, you lose. I'm VERY jealous of all of you who got these great rates with the codes that came out today; unfortunately, we can't push our trip back to October 2nd, so I can't benefit from these:mad:

If anyone has any answers to my AP questions I'd appreciate it. Thanks all!

I think the AP rates are about 30% off.

Are you going over a weekend? If not, you could get a studio at one of the DVC resorts. The sunday-thursday point rentals are pretty cheap in september, but fri & saturday are expensive. I also have no idea what you could get at this time. we are renting points for a beach club villas studio for $120/night (no tax) in early september.
