That menu makes me glad we are travelling PE this time!! Sure some people will love it though

it sure beats the chicken and pasta in the cheap seats

Not me, sounds more like a remnant of a Little Chef menu without at least having the Olympic breakfast :-(

Think that they are trying to go for the "traditional British" menu...

Have experienced this on BA (Club World) - There "Cottage Pie" was fab (early 2005), their lamb hotpot (October 2006) was bland, the meat wasn't tender and a real disappointment... airline catering can be very "hit or miss".

American Airlines was pretty good (December 2006) - flew first class (LHR-LAX), but apparently their business class food is IDENTICAL... (although the Business Class seats on AA are not as good as Virgin's, the First seats were stunning). All the food was good - even the pizza (nice crisp base).

True laura, but so does the cost of the flight and you should expect better than the VS menu.
But then again, so should the "cattle Class" food choices, as £300 plus is not an insignificant amount to pay. I wonder how much the meals are per pax? £10??

Oh well, it's cattle class for us, so no chance of partaking of this menu! DH went to South Africa on Sunday with BA First Class, (business trip) wonder how it compares? (Not that I'm ever going to experience it myself!!)

In my opinion, BA First is only bettered by Singapore Airlines First and both are miles ahead of the opposition.

Apparently BA First Class food has gone down hill recently - according to the number of BA frequent flyers I talk to... It still isn't bad for "plane food", but long gone are the days of the caviar srevice on most airlines...

To be honest it looks abit blah to me!

I like simple food when I am flying, sadly we are flying economy this year (last year it was PE and I loved it) and although the foos is simple its also quite gross!

Just my opinion of course.

I just look forward to bags and bags of cotton candy when I arrive to WDW!

I actually thought the menu looked rather nice.

Claire ;)
