So you were serious! Wow! When I looked at your picture, I couldn't see any landmarks to verify that this really was TOT.

In the top left corner I saw a fence that didn't look right, and I noticed some large umbrellas that look like they belong on a picnic table. I just couldn't imagine these being allowed into HS.

The Today Show (3rd hour) is doing the show live from Universal Orlando today. They offered tips on how to do the park and Tamron Hall's tip was if you see a group of matching shirts get in line in front of you, go the other way! She asked if there was a limit to the # of people in a group and was answered no. Tamron did say she was in line behind a group of Argentinian girls and it was interesting to see how they enjoyed the ride.....

No, he wasn't being serious. It is obviously a photo taken in a stadium, probably at a soccer game. It also says 'brazil crowd' in the photo image text.

Besides.. that's obviously the line in front of the Muppet's 3D show! The Fountain is just off to the right of the picture. ;)

We were at the MK on Monday and we saw plenty of these tour groups. They were all very well behaved, from what I saw. I think people read about these groups and get all worked up....myself included when I first saw them at DS on Sunday. Nothing to worry about. They were pretty slow moving and you could easily either go around them or dash off in the opposite direction.

What WAS disruptive and blocking of any areas to walk in were the large family groups in their matching T shirts that felt the need to walk together side by side, thus creating a massive wall to either break through or try to get around. At least the teen tour group girls walked in somewhat of a disorganized line of 2 x 2.

I agree. I was so bummed out when I realized one year we would be there with the dreaded cheerleaders. I found them to be very polite and they did not impact my trip at all. The worst I saw was a group of 4 of them getting on a car in TT and cheering a bit. No big deal at all. We were even at the same resort. When the were in the parks, they were not disruptive at all. I know they are not the same as the large South American groups, but still a big group.

We are in WDW right now, and we've come every July for 5 or 6 years now. The horror stories of tour groups definitely used to be true...the yelling, line cutting, chanting...I had seen it all.

Both last year, and right now, the groups are here but much more well behaved. One group doing a cheer in the wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon yesterday, but that's it thus far (we've got a couple of days left).

I agree with groups of families, also. I've had more trouble with them walking 5-wide, or connecting 4 rafts together in the lazy river, so nobody can get by. lol

I would read all through this thread to see if I could find the answer to my question but it would take to long. My question is are the tour groups there all of July or just the first few weeks?

we didn't get "all worked up" ahead of time. not until we experienced it. THEN we slowly got "worked up" as the behavior and treatment got worse and worse. and the condescending way we were treated by the CM.s just stating the facts.

Because this thread has devolved to include bogus photographs and videos that include info that is contrary to what @jayfo and many others have posted, closing the discussion.
