For those doing a road trip

For those that do road trips, I noticed Target has their car refrigerators on clearance (30% off I think) They were down to $40, medium size.

Does anyone else think Target is evil? I just went for a look-see (yeah right) and a couple hundred bucks later I was done. Had to rush home to hide it all. Oh come on, don't tell me you've never done that.
The only reason I went was because I couldn't get on the DIS (technical difficulties?) Guess I should have stayed home and done laundry, but it was FUN!

Do you like the one from Target better? And, did it come with the household plug? (I want to take it from the car and plug it into the outlet at the hotel.

I was just at target to get socks for WDW at Easter and came out $150. poorer I guess the socks were no bargin after all.

Hmmm. I'm not sure if it comes with a household plug (didn't buy it yet), but I want one with it. It is quite a bit bigger than the Walmart one. A 10 or 12 litre. Not sure if thats a good or bad thing? I too wondered about the noise, but with the radio, the DVD player, the Game Boy and my Mum yammerin' what's one more thing
Okay, I guess I'm going back to Targie tonight. I also saw these cute bags for the kids to have in the car. Not sure how to explain, but they sit beside them on the chair and have lots of pockets, for stuff. In the auto section on clearance $4.97. Came in Spongebob and Hello Kitty I think?
My Disney closet is ready to explode.

Hi! We have one of the coolers. We initially bought it to keep our DD10's insulin in when we travel, but it gets used alot, especially in the summer for grocery trips. The fan is quiet.

One thing to do is continually check the plug-in connections. Sometimes they get disconected.

Also, make sure you pre-chill the unit (the night before). It is great for already cold/frozen items, but it will take forever to cool down warm things (pop, water etc.) Also, if I pre-chill early enough, I can go ahead and pack it the night before. Saves one more step on departure day.
