I know people are saying time doesn't matter but I'm losing sleep over it so this thread is the only thing that might be able to soothe me. My interview was barely 11 minutes... Margie, my interviewer, didn't really ask me too many questions either. It could be because Merchandise was a top choice of mine and I have more than a year of retail experience in a popular clothing store so it was a done deal?

Still, help me out. Anyone whose ever been accepted, how long was your interview! Thank you.

Mine was 21 minutes, 19 seconds (I used a cell phone). When I called to make the appointment for the interview, they said the average time is between 10 and 20 minutes. My interviewer was Danielle, and it was 8:45 at night - you could tell we were both tired. We hit it off really well and the interview went great, but she only asked a few questions and they were more about my resume experience than role selections. If anything, she asked me a lot about my experiences operating boats (I put down boating as one of my hobbies). When I told her my experience was extensive, she asked most about that, even though Transportation was my third choice and had nothing to do with my 8 years of Guest Relations supervisory experience. Questions ran like, "Would you be comfortable at the helm of a watercraft with many Guests onboard," and so on.

What'ya know? 13 days later, I get accepted into Transportation. I have a feeling there's going to be watercraft involved, but I also got some Monorail questions, so we'll have to wait and see...

Mine was just about 14 minutes, a few seconds less. I got accepted into Merchandise.
I really wouldn't worry about it...if they found out what they needed to find out, then that's all there is to it! No need to go unnecessarily long :]

Mine was about 20 minutes. I was surprised I got accepted as an attractions cast member when more than half of my questions were money related.

I had Margie too. She didn't ask me many questions either... Mine lasted maybe 13 minutes or so, but she had to call back me back because her system/computer got messed up. I had my interview the second, so I haven't heard back yet.

I had Margie as well! You're definitely right about her not asking many questions.

I got one for character attendant, one for character performer, two for photopass and none for attractions.

I got accepted today in Photopass!!!

Good luck! I'm sure you did just fine.

I remember my interview actually lasting around 35 minutes.
I don't know if maybe I was just talking too much, or the interviewer was asking more than enough questions. I just remember getting off the phone, looking at the timer and going "wth was that!?!?"

In the end I got the audition for entertainment and go the job.
The best 8 months at disney in my life!
