For the First Time Ever....

I know it’s kinda late, especially for me, to be posting. (I usually DIS from work – 9 to 5.) But, I just got my new computer and DSL hooked up AT HOME, so I’m posting from here for the very first time! Woo Hoo!

It seems kinda weird. I don’t have to worry about hiding/minimizing what I’m doing, because no one will be walking by here. Even if they did, who cares!

I’ve been lurking around here for several years now, and have only started posting in past few months. Anyway, I just wanted to say ‘Hello’ to everyone, and I’m glad to be here (here on the DIS and here at home).

Wow! There are lots of people on so late. I never realized, since I was strictly a ‘day’ person. Thanks to all for your responses. It really means a lot to me, especially since I was a lurker for so long.

Eros – ‘something more comfortable?’ You must be referring to my flannel PJ’s! Now that’s what I call comfort!

JohnTBap – actually, my ‘family’ (at least any I’d be around most of the time) only consists of my 2 cats (Misty & Otis). It’s probably more that you care to know; but for now, they won’t be around, because my computer is in my bedroom (shhhhhhh). That’ll be until I can get an extension to my phone put in downstairs. And, I don’t let my cats in my room – I’m so mean!

To everyone else who has responded – I’m so sorry; I didn’t intend to exclude you. You’ve all been so nice, but I’m hooked on posting already. So many threads…so little time. How does anyone keep up?
