I hope this is the right forum for a technical question. I am having trouble getting my picture on photobucket to rotate. I keep hitting the rotate button but when I preview my sig. my picture is still sideways--See?? Can you help?

Picture looks fine to me (thankfully I had laser eye surgery a few years back).

For the future, I always rotate them on my hard drive using window's picture viewer or anyother photo application, before downloading them to the internet.

After correcting, you need to do a page refresh to clear the old image from your cache. It has the same name, so is pulling from your cache.

I've had similar issues with Photobucket. A few weeks ago, I had an image that was oriented correctly (portrait) on my hard drive, but then when I downloaded it, Photobucket inexplicably rotated it so it was in landscape format. Then when I tried to have Photobucket rotate it, it rotated the image, but kept it in landscape format. I downloaded it again, and the same thing happened. I tried the next day, and it worked fine. Weird.

Now I have one that looks fine when I view it on Photobucket, but it's ginormous when I try to post it here.

It's a mystery to me.

i can never get them to re size or they do re size on there but not when i copy/paste. have tried refreshing but it still is giant...few days later sometimes they shrink, sometimes i have to re size and then download. I can't complain since it's free
