For recent Chef Mickey's breakfast guests...

I posted this question about dinner already, not thinking that we could do breakfast...Duh!

What I would like to know is if Donald was there? He is DS's favorite, and while we have PS for Donald's breakfast, we would like to know the chances of catching him at Chef Mickey's. Thanks! (I do know that there aren't any guarantees!)

We've eaten at chef Mickey's twice and have never seen Donald. It's usually Chip & dale, Goofy, Pluto, Minnie and of course Mickey.

Donald was there when we went in May and my son got serious ime to talk and play with him
the photos I have from CM are some of my fav my Son dancing with Donald andhugging him when I came home and did my scrapbook the first picture is Shawn dancing with Donald at CM it was awesome

We were there two weeks ago and donaln was not there, Mickey Minnie Goofy,Pluto, and chip and dale were there. My 3yr old son loves donald too and we also went to the Animal Kingdom tosee him. You never know but sometimes they do change. Good luck

We were there about two weeks ago. Sorry, Donald was not there.

We were there in May and then again on 12/9 and we had the same characters both times -- Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, Pluto and Chip and Dale. I often thought that Donald should be there ... I think his picture was included with the rest of the characters on the Chef Mickey frame (when you buy the photo package).

Thanks to all! I guess we'll stick with Donald's for Donald. How many character meals are too many do you think? I'm wondering if I should just cancel Chef Mickey's as it isn't a "must do." I also have PS at Donald's, Crystal Palace, and Liberty Tree Tavern. Do you think I'm going overboard? Will the kids get sick of the characters...LOL? We're staying for 10 days, but I have 3 of the 4 character PS in the first half of the trip -- it just worked out that way!

We were there the week of December5th-12th. We saw Donald at dinner but not at breakfast. However, Peter Pan and Wendy were there for breakfast.

We too were there just a week ago and no Donald. We have however done both CM and Donald's and Donald's wins hands down on all accords. If you have to choose, do Donalds. WE do 2-3 character meals per trip.

We went last March and Donald was there.

Last year I also booked 3 character meals, we were there for 8 days, and by the last one the kids ignored the characters. The first one the little ones were scared, the older one excited, by the second meal everyone was excited and by the third it could have been anyone there. They didn't care. We also went out of our way to meet characters at the parks for autographs - by this time they weren't as excited. Having said all that, I'm thinking of booking three again this year!!??? Even if the kids aren't wicked excited - I still am!!!!

As others have stated, we were there last week, and there was no Donald. It was still a lot of fun though, and the breakfast was super yummy. It really got our trip off to a great start. I was most surprised by being able to walk right in without a PS. It wasn't in my 'plan' to eat here, but the guys really wanted to try it out on our first morning. I said 'I don't know if we can get in, but let's go try', and sure enough, we got right in.

We also had breakfast at Donald's last week, and that was great fun also. Our server, Lisa, was just hilarious. We really enjoyed her!

We didn't have Donald at Chef Mickey's in May. In fact, the only time we saw Donald, who is my DS, age 8's favorite, was when that doubledecker bus full of characters pulls over in Epcot for that quick picture/autograph session. So in February, we have ressies at Donald's Breakfastsaurus in AK.

We ate dinner at Chef Mickey's on 12/16/03 and Donald was there. He didn't walk around like the other characters. The children went over to him as they wished.

Donald was at dinner in mid Dec.. the 14th not at b-fast on the 20th....
