Can first time cruisers still get the stateroom credit by asking to have code REF applied to their reservation? Is it still $25 for the wonder and $50 for the magic cruises?

We had our travel agent ask for the REF code when we paid off our cruise in March. We are cruising 5/24 Magic and received the $50 credit without a problem.
