? for Poly peeps!

Has anyone ever stayed in the NIUE longhouse? If so, could you share your opinions/pictures with me? Also if anyone knows which room in Niue has closest access to the deck (walkway) between the Niue & Rarotonga longhouse, that would help me out a great deal!

The Niue longhouse is great, since it's right near both pools and the GCH. The closest room to the deck (wich is now a smoking area) is 2711. The 2nd floor rooms in this building don't have balconies, but if you were in 1711 you would be right below it.

OMGosh...thanks sooooo much! Do you know if I were in room 1711, right below, if are there stairs right there that go directly up to it? Sorry to be such a pest!!!

We just got back from the Poly and I was surprised as to what a great location Niue is and that no one mentions it on these threads. I think Niue would be a great longhouse as PP wrote its in a great location..between the 2 pools and close to GCH. Since it is connected to Rarotonga you can get to the GCH on a rainy day w/o getting soaked. We stayed in Tokelau and the CMs showed us how to get to the GCH via Rarotonga w/o getting totally soaked. I think its a great location.

I think the reason it didn't get mentioned much previously is it used to be a smoking building so it wasn't as popular a choice.
