When you go to order and download the order form sheet to fax in within 3 days prior to your cruise I was curious because some family members have food allergies and was wondering if you need to call them instead of filling out the downloaded order form.

What are you looking to order? If you are ordering food items, I would include the allergy information on the order form.

However, I would CALL the DCL Special Services line to have the allergies noted on your reservation.
