Hey everyone and happy new year.

I was hoping to book a trip to Disneyland just for one night as something to look forward to after my exams :sad2: but i'm finding it difficult booking a hotel for just one night :confused3. Would really love to stay at the Seqouia Lodge (think that's how you spell it!). Does anyone know if this is possible?

Thank you so much,

Kate

We visited DLP on the spur of the moment for one night during a stay in Paris. We just rang DLP direct from the tourist information center and booked the room for the night including breakfast and pass entry. I'm sure that you must be able to book one night - try giving them a ring on 08705 03 03 03 It may work out more cost effective to book a 2 night stay though

Thank you, i was hoping it would be that straightforward if I just rang them. Tried doing it on the internet and just don't think they like to encourage such short stays. Did think about having an extra night but think it'll be expensive enough as it is and my mum's said she'll come with me so it means more time off work.

You wouldn't think i was in my last year at uni would you!!!!

We did the same while visiting DLp. Went to City hall and they phoned hotel and we were booked in for the evening :)

They still do one night / two day packages, they have just stopped advertising them (or indeed making them easily available on the website) ever since the second park opened. I know this, because we booked one the weekend before the Studios opened, but on getting back found we couldn't do it again without phoning direct.

I hope you don't think this is rude, but could you give me as estimate as to how much these IN/2D packages cost? Seeing as it's the suspense that's almost the most exciting bit i could just pretend i've booked it and then it's free!

Maybe not hey!

Hello Smileyk8,

I had a look on our German Prices and you pay for 1 Night / 2 Days in the Seqouia Lodge with two Adults per Room in the cheapest timeframe 290 € (145 € each) and in the most expensive time 450 € (225€ each). I don´t now the prices in your country but if this prices are good try to book over Renate. She will tell you what is possible or not.

Hope that will help
Stefan

So the confusion continues...
I just rang the number for booking disney hoidays in the UK and the woman flat out denied you could book 1N/2D holidays and apparently sh'ed never heard of them! Has anyone used or booked this package recently? Perhaps i just got a confused person.

Thanks everyone for your help!

On the German site it's Schnupper-angebot. Eu 218 for one night, Santa Fe, 2 people in January. Arrivals Sunday through Friday

Includes tickets for two days and breakfast for one day.

Frankly, the range of offers and prices bwn the UK/German/US site are very frustrating and seem to depend on the weather or the current colour of my socks..... :)

Edited to add: to check the prices for other dates/hotels, change the 'UK' in your address bar to DE and you should be able to see the package rates.

I just looked at the german page (GCSE comes in handy!). That's ridiculous to have different offers available. I am considering ringing back UK office to see what they'd say about it. I wonder if i could book it online as if i'm german? Guess not tho.

Thanks for your help

Interestingly, when I went onto the UK website, they did offer 1N/2D packages - but only for Jan, Feb and March. Of course, that's no use to you as you want to go AFTER your exams!

While I understand the concept of regional marketing and targeted offers, I certainly hope that one can book an offer showing on various websites. I don't see any indication that one must be a resident in order to qualify........

If I go to the North American site, I get no offers. I would certainly use my German address to book if it gets me a better discount.
