We are booked for the Vistana again for November (Yeah!) ...arriving Saturday. Does that mean most likely we would be assigned to Courts? Have they been refurbished do you know at all? Thanks for any info you have.

Congrats on sneaking another vacation in there !
Saturday means you "could" be assigned the Courts. But you could also get the Palms, Springs, Fountains I/II, Lakes or Cascades.

No...the Courts association is still in discussion about a major rehab but I read they approved plans for next year. The only sections that would have been totally done the remodel by Nov will be the Lakes and Fountains I. Fountains II will be in the process and is slated for completion by Dec 2008. And of course, the Cascades is the newest section so not sure they even really need a major rehab (but I heard they are in discussion too). The Springs and Falls should be done by the middle of 2009.

Hi Del, just to let you know.......we've stayed at Vistana twice, both Sat. check ins and both times we got the Lakes section, which we actually think we prefer from looking at pictures and driving around the place.
