Well, at least now I can get excited because we check in to BWV this coming Saturday! Although just in a simple 1 BR BW view.
First time for us this year too!We are staying at Vero Beach for the first time this year. Only a short stay as a trial so fingers crossed it’s everything we hope it will be!
Yup. We live in a place where there is a turtle nesting monitoring program. There are strict protocols about how to handle that. It's not publicized here either, yet somehow there's always a big crowd when a nest gets dug out. They do a number of turtle launches throughout the summer, but it is tough to find out information about the one at DVC Vero Beach, as they purposely do not advertise it too much.

And, speaking of VB, after checking in for 4 nights at BWV this coming Saturday, we are heading to a 1 BR villa at VB for 4 nights for the second half of our spring break trip next week. I'm excited about it too!First time for us this year too!
Sorry Polynesian..This is a ‘Penthouse’!
Amazing! Look forward to hearing what you think about both resorts. We will just miss you at WDW seems like. We land on April 11.And, speaking of VB, after checking in for 4 nights at BWV this coming Saturday, we are heading to a 1 BR villa at VB for 4 nights for the second half of our spring break trip next week. I'll be sure to post a trip report after my whole week.
For larger groups, I've found it useful to plan one or two "events" each day that everyone will do together, and let folks kind of follow their noses the rest of the time. Some people are early birds, some people night owls, and everyone tours at a slightly different pace.
The space and views are fantastic. The primary bedroom/bathroom & kitchen layout should have gotten someone fired when they proposed it. I’ll just leave it at that.Liking the GV!
Wasn’t it designed by a Clown? The dude had even put his likeness at the pool slide. The primary bedroom/bathroom & kitchen layout should have gotten someone fired when they proposed it
Good morning DVC members and members to be!

Wait, wait, wait...the Cabins don't have laundry?!!This is another reason I think the cabins really miss the mark by not having in-room washer/dryer. You have to bring your own towels to the pool...and then you can't even wash/dry them in your room when done. Big bummer for those who enjoy swimming, I'm sure.
If anyone is willing to share....when is your next DVC stay and where? (You can be vague on dates or location for privacy reasons if you want.)
We are just under 3 months away from our next DVC stay. We will be at VGC in mid-June for 6 nights. Our first time in a 1-bedroom there! I'm so excited about it. For fun, I will occasionally just look at pictures or videos of the 1-bedroom to get hyped up about staying there. I know they won't have any extra refurbishments by the time of our trip but that's okay.
Every time I entertain CFW for a stay, I have to remind myself of both this and the fact that they allow dogs there. I'm a dog lover through and through, but I do not like staying places while I'm on vacation that allow them.Wait, wait, wait...the Cabins don't have laundry?!!
Never staying there.
I love - LOVE - doing laundry on vacation. Peak luxury.![]()
