my parents tell me that I owe them money because they made payments for me on the car but they have it now so I dont feel that I should have to pay them back for it.. and they have done things that have seriously screwed my credit besides the late payments on the car.. they needed stuff from walmart one time.. they needed some fans or something in Clearlake and we did it on credit out of my BofA account and it was like $500 and it over drew my account and they were going to pay it back but they never did so now thats in collections on my credit.. and when we moved to Clearlake I had to put the AT&T thing in my name and I saw on my credit that they owe $220 thats gone into collections that they feel they dont have to pay me back.. now when Josh and I move we have to hope that they wont try and get that paid back for us to get service in Winters..

This sounds like a case for...Judge Judy!

Oh yeah, HE is out there!! Most people can't agree to disagree. They just have to make everyone think the way they do. I can't stand it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and way of thinking which is one of the things that makes this country so great. It's sad when so many just can't accept the views of others around them. Well, thanks but I still didn't sleep good last night. I managed to fall asleep around 11:00 (even though I went to bed at 9:00) and then Chris woke me up when he came to bed. and then once I finally fell back asleep I kept having weird dreams that woke me up. My bed is getting more and more uncomfortable by the night. I really want one of those sleep number beds but they're just so darned expensive!!



I hate OTX too. I couldn't even get a daily yesterday so I gave up. I was too tired to care. Hopefully we can both get some easy surveys today.

It only gets worse as you get older. I don't usually want to go anywhere. But then when I do get the urge to get up and go, I have to go REALLY FREAKING FAR! Tell me that makes sense?

I hear ya! My bed is getting uncomfortable, too. I'm becoming too used to these beds in the Hampton Inns. Although I was in one last night and didn't sleep really well. I think it has something to do with their pillows. They have ones that are soft and ones that are firm. I think I prefer the firm ones and I was using the soft ones.

I can't get an OTX to save my life today.

oh man you should write to corporate and tell them that you need more towels. I hate when hotels are stingy on towels. When we stayed at Pop in '07 we didn't let housekeeping come in our room to clean because we didn't want anything stolen since I had brought my laptop. They just left us a bag of towels and shampoo and soap every day so we had a crap ton of everything It was awesome!

I don't know how Dan managed to get enough to pay for an entire trip on SR. I'm still in awe of that. Wish I could do that. I'm not dedicated enough I suppose.

I feel like I haven't been around in days Sorry about that! Today is StinkerBelle's 3rd bday We are heading to tumble class then to the mall to make a zebra at Build a Bear. I attempted being creative and made her pancakes this morning in the shape of a 3, E and Mickey Mouse. She thought they were fun so that was a nice way to start the day.

I haven't gone back to read if I missed anything so if anyone wants to fill me in, that would be great

Happy birthday to your little one (sorry I'm late). How did the zebra turn out? Pancakes sound wonderful. I may have them for dinner.

No that doesn't make sense at all. But that's what you get for living in PA. You just need to live in GA so then everything worth going to will be at the farthest a half an hour from you.

I am for a vacation in San Francisco. The weather is perfect and I can visit. There are two amusement parks, a lot of beach, more than one zoo, and Stephanie and I. You see it's a win win situation.

Yes I know you two feel sorry for us just like I felt so sorry for everyone that wasn't going to disney every few weekends, nights during the week and in between going to the beach and enjoying the sunshine when it was a bit chillier elsewhere. I guess I can give up the Wii for now for what I had for the past 9 months, lol.

Oh well, that is all over now, we leave here the 2nd of April and will arrive back at our house in LA that Sunday and then it's back to life as usual! But you'll all still have your Wii's!

Will get one someday when the prices go down.

Cheri did you get any bad storms? I had heard from my friend at the Red Cross in Louisiana that they were expecting really bad storms in Louisiana and even possibly some tornadoes. I hope you are okay.

Ahhh alone time, it can always be a nice thing. I get too much alone time sometimes but sometimes it's just so nice, peace and quiet and get to watch what I want on TV and not have to share the remote!

yeah my mom thinks shes always right no matter what anyone says..

sometimes I dread when they are coming down.. but for the sake of sanity and everyones felings i put on a smile and spend time with them.. I dont want Jason to miss out because mom and dad and I are having issues that they dont even know about.. and its not even really dad.. its mostly mom.. but i put on the happy face and bear through it.. maybe when we move they will be more satisfied with the more time they will get with Jason adn stop being pains.. they may not ever stop asking for money but they might stop griping all the time..

yeah I dont want it to cost them in the end so like I said I put on the happy face and josh does sometimes too or i tell him to just sleep.. mom and dad could care less where he is when they are here as long as they get Jason.. which makes it easier.. sometimes Josh cant hold his tongue and I dont want visits with jason to be hostile if Josh comes or have to exclude Josh.. so we just deal with them because we dont want Jason to lose out because of our irk-ed-ness... lol

Well first of all I give you a lot of credit for keeping your mouth shut and grinning and bearing it. It's good you tell Josh to not say anything because of Jason. That's really good, takes a lot of control and its good you can do that, good for you.

But with the money thing, if your parents have put things in your name and then not paid them and ruined your credit, I can understand why you are upset and don't feel like you owe them money. That was just wrong to do to your daughter who is just starting out in life. It's hard enough to keep good credit in this day and age without your parents ruining it before you even start. Do you have proof of this? In writing? I would make sure I had that and if eventually I had to show them why I felt I didn't owe them money I would pull all of that out and say look you've ruined my creidt and I'm paying back your bills in order to get my credit repaired and I think we can call it even!

When your parents paid your car payment, wsa it an agreement between you that you were borrowing it and would eventually pay it back? If so that could be why they feel you owe it to them. either way, like I said, I would get the credit report in a print out and show your parents and discuss with your dad, not your mom, what he thinks you can all do about this to clear it all up and explain to him that you are now starting out and you, Josh and Jason are now your own family and if they want to continue to be a part of it, your Mom has to stop asking you for money as you can not afford it and are trying to repair the credit that they ruined. Maybe your dad will be a little more reasonable and will listen. Good Luck.
