I hate that stupid groundhog. I have to go to Punxsutawney for work and they have groundhog statues all over that town. I really don't get it.

I'll take the chance of walking on a deuce as opposed to worrying about snakes and alligators. I'm sure it will be fine but knowing I saw a coral snake one day walking Beau and they are poisonous that made me more aware that more things may come up. One morning on my way to work back when I was working I saw a coyote, so I just wonder what is out there at night, makes me ascared!

Stay home tomorrow girl, that sucks that you have to drive so much. I worry about you and all that driving in bad weather. You need a different job but you'd probably hate being stuck in an office. Of course right now you are lucky you have a job, the economy is so bad.

I wouldn't know what was poisonous and what wasn't. My brother had a pet snake, but it was just one of those ones that would squeeze the heck out of you to kill you. Those don't scare me. I've never seen a poisonous one other than behind glass. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to run into one though.

I do love my job. I just hate the traveling and not getting paid enough to do it. I keep saying the same thing. I guess no matter what, people still need to eat, so hopefully my job will be safe for awhile longer.

If he does not see his shadow, there will be an early spring. So let's hope he does NOT see his shadow this year. People go there in tuxedo's and hang out there and celebrate waiting for Punxsutawney Phil, lol.

I like them fatter (thicker) but not being home I had to use the pans I have here that the condo provides so they are a little flatter than I like but they still taste delicous!

There is a poem that tells you how to tell if a snake is poisonous but I can't remember it right now, I just knew that snake didn't look good to me so I came home and looked it up and it turned out to be a coral snake. It was small but I'm sure there was a mama there somewhere! (insert yikes smiley here). I know that a water moccasin is very, very poisonous and it has big fangs but wouldn't be sure what it was if I saw it, just that I don't like snakes and am afraid of them all, so would just assume it was poisonous and want to kill it. They are big snakes, fatter from what I'm told. I saw a huge dead one once, a friend of ours in Louisiana killed it in his yard at his vacation home alone a lake.

You need to get paid better for sure and you need to get more per mile for all the driving you do. But at this point, as you say people will always need food so it is probably a good industry to be in!
