So DH convinced me that I don't have time to do personal decorations before the baby gets here and although I could wait to do it after baby (HAH!), we should pick something now.

I agree with his assessment and this will allow me more time to get caught up on DD's baby scrapbook anyway.

Thus, we picked out a cute jungle border and palm tree I found at Lowes. Trying to find it on-line to see if it's cheaper...also to show you all a pic!

I guess DH is right. You can always wait a year and change things if you decide. This way you will be ready and much more relaxed when the baby comes and not feel all pressured to get it done. It sounds really cute!

Ok, this is what I'm considering.

I will try to pull in the pinks/reds a bit to "feminine" it up. I didn't want a traditional "girlie" paper this time since DD already has flowers/garden ... and the room is already painted blue with green shades.

It's definitely more "cutsy" than I was originally thinking, but the more I see it the more I like it. I was thinking I could get some jungle stuffed animals as cheap decorations in the room...

That's really cute Marshay. You could always get Disney jungle stuffed animals, like Lion King and Pumba and characters like that to pull a little Disney into the mix and still stick with the jungle theme!

Hey everyone, I doubt I'll be on tonight to chat. I have a 3 day temp job (yea for money ) and I had to get up this morning at 4 A.M. as I had to be at the Disney Hilton at 5:45 a.m. I am so tired as I didn't sleep but 3 hours last night so I can't see me making it up late tonight. I have to get up again tomorrow at the same time or maybe 15 whole minutes later, I have to be there at 6 a.m. tomorrow. At least Tuesday, my last day, I don't have to be there till 1 PM. I'll be needing some serious sleep by then!

Have a great evening tonight everyone if I don't get on!!!! Miss you all!

We did our final Christmas party today with DH's family. I finally got my Magic Bullet!! So tomorrow we are going to make some fruit smoothies and try it out.
