And just to clarify...lugubrious means I was NOT happy with the winner last night...I enjoyed the show .... I loved Adam singing with KISS (and I'm not a KISS fan but that was just so cool for him).

I was really disappointed...I think Kris is good but I sooooo like Adam better for his interpretations and upbeat personality.

Kris sort of reminds me of Pooh. AHA!!! That's why I don't like him...

Yes, Kris says he is going to Disney World! I guess he'll be there next week or so? Maybe this weekend? I think they try to do it quickly.

My parents decided to leave a day early. They had Friday night off-property just to get an extra day but decided that with all the rain, they just want to come home.

I was just in Pittsburgh yesterday. MY GOSH are they ever going to be done with the construction? It took 2 1/2 hours to get there on Tuesday. And I've never been to the "other side" of Station Square until now. Good Lord, there's a lot of bars in that area. No wonder there's so many broke drunks roaming around Pittsburgh. You don't even wanna know what I paid for what I was drinking.

I had a short but really nice DIS meet with Orange Blossom on my way back from Florida, so I have passed her/him on (I never really checked to be sure, lol)....

Now, OB, you have to find someone to meet up with and pass Pinky along. Now you have an excuse to get together with Cheri!

Pinky's starting to make the rounds now. We'll have to send him to Michele and family when they go to Disneyland so Pinky can have an adventure there, too.

Qm arrived her today about 1pm

Her and March hare set up camper inside and outside for a bit and we visited

Then, I took my mom with me to pick up Trent from school. He was so excited to see her. His mouth did not stop moving the entire walk to our car

I had no idea what to get you. I'm not sure what size you wear, don't know if you like jewelry. So I went for the next best thing - alcohol! I love those things, but I can't drink them anymore due to the fact that they give me massive headaches. I have three of them in the fridge in case you ever come to visit me. They're never gonna get drunk unless somebody else drinks them. They're probably getting skunky, though.

Wow a tropical storm in May!? WTH is up with the weather lately!? I talked to Rebecca yesterday and she said it rained most of the afternoon. I did check the weather and it said 40% chance of scattered thunder storms for this weekend and it said temp would be in the low 90's but I will for sure pack long sleeves too just in case. I already have a couple pairs of jeans packed and Becca said she bought some ponchos last weekend in case we needed them for the parks. Thanks for the info and making sure I'm prepared. I for sure appreciate it!

so I just read that Disney bought a huge tract of land south of Washington, DC to build a new resort...I assume it'll have some DVC in it as well but it didn't say that...right now all they have is land...not even a 'break ground' date. It'll be at the National Harbor, overlooking the Potomac...about 7 miles or so south of DC.

WHAT? I didn't know there was that much land available there. Are they doing a theme park there too?
