I still missed reading some pages but I see you are going to bed QM. nite! sweet dreams!

Oh and the coke can, yes it "exploded" in my car...I say that in quotes because thankfully it didn't spray coke everywhere, but the can was busted and when I picked it up it started fizzing out. All from the heat!! Found it that way when I got in the car after work (the can had been in my car all weekend)

One good thing here is that Bryan does his own laundry, washes, dries and puts away, well he puts it on the bed in the 3rd bedroom, that's his dressing room so he doesn't disturb me in the mornins so that works for me.

Wow color me impressed. I won't let my DH near the washer. :scared1:

:sad1:

And to add insult to injury on the entire 11 pages I just skimmed through no one said, Where's QM? :confused3:sad2::sad2::sad2::guilty::guilty::guilty::sad2: I could have just stayed in the other thread and none of you would have even missed me.

Poor QM !

You are just too good... you know all the tricks! :headache:

Alright.... going to watch the rest of wipeout with my giggling boys.
Then I'm going to bed early tonight. I've had such a headache for a few days... stupid sinuses! :headache:

So............ you know it's coming............

GOODNIGHT AND BIG BALLS!

DD and were rooting for the girl. DD says "I so wanted the girl to win." DS says "But I wanted them both to win." And then I squeezed him till he popped.

I take it Dad and Gary left? How was your visit? Did my wish for Dad to drive you crazy work?

Bad Sharky!:lmao:

QM I hope I didn't get u sick through the computer!

Chance has been sick too. He has had the runs and he vomited yesterday as well. Today Mike saw blood in his poop, so we'll be calling the vet if it continues tomorrow. :sad2:

Ugh. Crossing my fingers for you. :goodvibes

Sheesh you have been having the worst luck lately.

oh by the way, I'm going to bed too. Nite all!

Good night !

Hi UJ! How you been? I'm just hanging out, not feeling quite good but not all that sick either, hoping to go towards well feeling by tomorrow! It's hotter then, well, you know, here! It's disgusting, even now at 8:30 at night it's nearly 80 and humid.

WAY TOO HOT!!!! Keep drinking water and stay out of the heat:cutie::cutie:

Hope you and Bryan feel better!!

Ah good man. Chris does the dishes when they're piled up. And sometimes he does the laundry. We kind of take turns being lazy

Oh bummer :( That has happened to Bo a few times too. So gross. I'm sure Chance will be okay. The change in food might be bothering him.

Morning Orangie

I agree....I might just have to steal it! :thumbsup2

You must come to RB more often.

I totally agree...why the hell didn't Mike just leave!?

Hope you managed to get some good sleep girl

Oh man....that's just nuts! But I still love hot weather. No matter how hot.

Ugh!!! wth is his major malfunction!? Can I please come down there and punch him!?

Love it! Very nice addition! Did you get it done at H & H??
Hi Carla. We missed you the other night.

I'm a little slow...what is H &H?
Nikki, cool stars!

So I am at work today. But my back is still hurting and my tummy is a bit rumbly. I'm really exhausted too. Was up past midnight arguing with DH. He felt the need to bring up all the crap that I haven't done over the past couple of weeks. He works way too much (it's true, a full time job and part time job with only 1 day off a week) to have to deal with any of that stuff. Granted, a lot of the "junk" laying around IS his...but I'm sure I have my share too. So yeah, I'm a horrible wife, but why do you have to bring it up when I'm dog sick? :sad2:
If you're a horrible wife, then I shouldn't even be married.

Here's the thing...Joe also works two jobs. He has his full time job and then he works 3 or 4 days a week, 8 hours a day, depending on the week. I am so sick most of the time that there's a lot of "wifely duties" (no, not those kind) that I neglect. I am going to give him credit where credit is due. He's really good about cleaning the house. He'll do laundry, dishes, vacuum, pretty much anything. I just can't bring myself to do a lot of this stuff, because the longer I'm up, the worse my pain is. A lot of the time, it is all I can do to just drag my butt to work every day. Granted, he doesn't do the work like I would do it. If he's, say, mopping the floors, he'll just go over it quickly with a mop and disinfectant in the bucket. I'm the one who will get down on my hands and knees and really give it a good scrubbing. But he does it and doesn't complain. Honestly, I don't know what I would do if I didn't have his help. He may not do things like take me to the hospital when I go, and he kind of just expects me to be there with the kids so he can go have his fun, but he's the biggest help as far as keeping the house neat and clean goes.

Just like a guy to kick you when you're down. I think they do it on purpose because they know you aren't in top form to fight back.

Whenever my DH starts complaining about that stuff, we do the walk through. This is yours, this is yours, this is yours. And I flat out tell him ---if you married me for my cleaning skills you are sh$$ out of luck. I know my faults. I am not a neat person. I do not like to spend my time cleaning.

I'm sorry ... can you tell this is a sore subject for me ? :lmao::lmao:

Rant over
ranton.gif
Same here, I've never been the neatest person in the world. That is one thing that hasn't changed in the 13 years I've known my husband.
Solution: Cough, Sneeze, Phlegm, Pee, Poop and Puke over his stuff.

Then, OOPS, I tried to get to it but I told you I wasn't feeling good.

;)
Ha, and y'all say I'M evil!!
You are so easily amused.:lmao:
Jamie ~ I just saw the pictures you put up of Teddy's prom on FB. ADORABLE!!!! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2
AARGH! You guys are evil. I want to see those pictures!
I forgot to mention he said I "spend too much time on one thing" when I clean

This was after I had mentioned to him that I cleaned the whole fridge a month or so ago and within less than a week it was disgusting again (because of him) I worked my freaking BUTT off cleaning that out.

So I said, "what you mean the fridge?" and he said "yes it only takes 30 minutes to clean the fridge" I got reeeeeeeally agitated and tried to explain to him that it took me a couple hours to clean that fridge out, it was disgusting. Gooky stuff on the shelves, I said heck, it took me like 20 minutes just to get some nasty stuff off one of those shelves. Not only do you have to take the shelves out---in order to do that, you have to take all the FOOD out. DUH! And wipe the back behind everything, which is not easy.
That same day I scrubbed the microwave. That took me about 30 minutes I think (it was horrible) and now it's back to that same state. Oh and I'm sure that he thinks it should only take 5 minutes to clean a microwave. Not the way HE gets it so NASTY!
Well that's just how it is. If you want something done right, you can't just do a half *donkey*ed job at it. When will he learn?
We should change the title of this thread to "Complain about your husbands here" :rotfl: Actually, I bet if someone started a thread like that on the DIS, it would grow to 1000 "members" within a day.

Then someone, somewhere would be complaining about us complaining!

my MIL ordered this program called your baby can read the other day.. hopefully it works.. lol.. would be a waste of $200 if it doesnt
You know what? I was reading by age three. I think I attribute that to my mom reading us a book every night before bed. I'm not sure I believe in these programs.
Well I guess I am last since my darling daughter didn't think enough of me to tell me that she started a new thread and I should get over there. Now we are on page 11 and I have to try to catch up. Gee thanks Kelly! pirate:
Is someone whining?
Notice someone is missing because she didn't know the new thread had started, no one told me last night when we were chatting on FB to go to DIS and get on the new thread, hmmm? Boy do I feel left out and unwanted, think I'll go drink myself into oblivion!
Now THERE'S a good idea!
Me neither Cheri, but then I wasn't here, no one told me, I guess you all know by now since I'm whining, lol!
Yes, you are.:lmao:
Ok I get it now, that is funny even though I wasn't there, it's still funny now, LMAO:rotfl2:
I could have sworn there were more than just the three of us there. Maybe it was Sarah and Patrick or something.:confused3
Yesterday when I got in my car after work it read 120 degrees and 3/4's of the way home it was only down to 100 so the real temp was 100 at 5:30 at night, by bedtime it was still 78 degrees, this sucks!
That sounds great to me. Well, maybe a little over the top at 120. That can get pretty uncomfortable.

And you know what the worst thing is. Even when it's that hot, us women STILL have to wear a bra. That has got to be the most uncomfortable thing ever.
One good thing here is that Bryan does his own laundry, washes, dries and puts away, well he puts it on the bed in the 3rd bedroom, that's his dressing room so he doesn't disturb me in the mornins so that works for me. :thumbsup2
Well, at least he's good for something.
:sad1:

And to add insult to injury on the entire 11 pages I just skimmed through no one said, Where's QM? :confused3:sad2::sad2::sad2::guilty::guilty::guilty::sad2: I could have just stayed in the other thread and none of you would have even missed me.
We didn't say it, but we thought it.:goodvibes
I got home from work and Bryan was in bed. He said he felt terrible, had a little of the runs and felt like heaving so he went to bed. I happened to have a touch of the runs today too and so I made myself a big bowl of instant mashed potatoes per your advice! I didn't have any bananas left nor any marshmallows and my yogurt is in the fridget at work so hopefully the mashed potatoes will do it.

Thanks for posting that tip Michele, if it works I'll be eternally (and externally, LMAO) grateful!!!!
Am I evil if I say I'm glad he felt terrible?
In reply to your edit, NO SHE DOESN'T!!!!!
What up ladies......Hey QM.....whats happening???

Just whining about men. And guess what? You're the only man here so far. Looks like you might be in trouble.

Oh, and how bout that last hockey game?;)

(I'm such a slacker, I didn't even see the game. Had to ask Betsy what was going on.)

Wow color me impressed. I won't let my DH near the washer. :scared1:

popped or pooped? :confused3 Either way, ewwwww

Sheesh you have been having the worst luck lately.

Good night !

oh, the coke can was NOTHING. It was just funny. And the heat ruined a perfectly good can of coke, but oh well. hah

I'm sleepy toooooo....going to dream of my new washing machine and the PILES of dirty laundry I have to do:rotfl2:

ooh, what kind are you getting? I got the Samsung VRT steam washer (front loading) and dryer and I LOVE them!

here is a pic of it in red:
02603139000

but I got mine in white (and the dryer looks the same) but I would have chosen gray or stainless if I could have (I got mine on a discount, a mess-up on a Lowe's order became my gain!)

I dunno if it will be at a certain time every day :confused3

I read that it will be every quarter of the hour (ie. 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, etc) and that the night show is different from the day show (with its lights on) Each show is about 3 minutes long. :thumbsup2

Oh bummer :( That has happened to Bo a few times too. So gross. I'm sure Chance will be okay. The change in food might be bothering him.

oh, my coworker told me to call the vet. It happened to her dog and he had parasites. :sad2: I hope it's nothing serious. I was thinking if it happened again today that Mike should call the vet when he gets home at 2.

We switched food several weeks ago, if not more than a month. So I wouldn't think it was that. Esp with the blood.
