Isn't that funny how that happens? When we first moved to NC it was at the end of July and at the beginning of the really HOT part of our summer here. One day we were in the car going out to dinner and I commented to Tom that it really had cooled off. He agreed that it really had. We checked the temp and it said 92!!! We are from Michigan, people! That was the first time in our lives that 92 felt COOL.

I hear ya, being from New Jersey 92 used to be hot to me too, now it's a cold front, LMAO Then we lived in the Pocono Mountains for five years and that was a lot colder than NJ so you can imagine how when we first got here I thought I would die of heat stroke. Now I'm sort of used to it, but this past two weeks has been horrendous!

Aww sorry you have that headache Love, that is awful. I do hope by tomorrow it goes away. Do you think it's stress of selling your house, moving, etc? It will be all right, everything will work out and you'll all be very happy in FL!

I got home from work and Bryan was in bed. He said he felt terrible, had a little of the runs and felt like heaving so he went to bed. I happened to have a touch of the runs today too and so I made myself a big bowl of instant mashed potatoes per your advice! I didn't have any bananas left nor any marshmallows and my yogurt is in the fridget at work so hopefully the mashed potatoes will do it.

Thanks for posting that tip Michele, if it works I'll be eternally (and externally, LMAO) grateful!!!!

Oh your welcome Karen. I learned these wonderful tips when I still ahd my ileostomy. I ate so many blasted mashed potatoes for a while there I couldn't even look at them.

I ate a huge bowl of them, lol, and for the first time today didn't have to run to the bathroom before I was finished eating! What a nice thing that was. I love them but could get sick of them if I had to eat them all the time lol.

Chance has been sick too. He has had the runs and he vomited yesterday as well. Today Mike saw blood in his poop, so we'll be calling the vet if it continues tomorrow.
