I shake my shoes out too. I can kill snakes, and shoo spiders but roaches give me the heebee jeebies

So....I was at the dr's office and hospital pretty much all day doing tests. The urine test yesterday came back negative. I sure thought it was a UTI but it wasn't. Was running a low grade fever again too. I had an x-ray and CT scan of my abdomen. The dr ordered it stat and I went back to her office to get the results. Turns out it was an ovarian cyst that burst and was hemorrhaging (sp?)

After I read this, I just thought No WONDER I was in so much pain.

She gave me some pain meds, muscle relaxers, and anti-inflammatories, and said I should follow up with my GYN. Also said she'd get more detailed results when the radiologist is able to look over it some more and send to her. (the STAT results were literally SO fast, I couldn't believe it)

I hope that it heals up on it's own and I don't have to go the surgery route like the article says some have to do.

At least I know what is wrong now. I just PRAY that it's not reoccurring.

I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. The blue is very pretty and it wound up looking EXACTLY like the color sample. Gotta love Behr! what do you all think??

Ugh. Finally getting back to normal.

Well, I had the pleasure of finally meeting one of our clan

I met Tat (Nikki) and her two kids, Kyleigh and Shane today at Friendlys.


They went to the shore for the weekend. They ended up at a hotel about 6 mins from my house.


We had a great time. Non stop laughter.

Two weeks ago I cleaned Trent room finally. He was actually willing to part with toys and I boxed up a lot of books he is not using right now. I kept only his favorite ones out for now

hey, that virus or whatever it was is gone. However, I ended up getting a CT scan last week b/c my lower abdomen was still hurting (and my back) and found out I had/have a hemorraghic ovarian cyst that ruptured. I have to follow up with my gyno and hope that it goes away on it's own...or else might need surgery to remove it.

Hey all.. ive been lurking a little bit.. not really had enough time to post.. peanut has started eating baby oatmeal and he loves it.. hes doing so well eating it! I spent the night of the 4th in the ER.. i had an allergic reation to something.. i dont know what tho.. maybe watermelon i love watermelon.. my job was very unhappy but I couldnt breath like almost at all.. it was rough.. Jason is teething bad.. hes chewing on his hand so hard hes making it raw and making the cartalidge in his knuckle pop.. its gross.. im going to address it with his DR today.. he has his 6 month appt today!

I am thinking that we will take a day trip to Tahoe on Thursday and keep the options open for the weekend of the 17 and 18. That works. I will make a quick trip to Costco on Thursday morning and off to Lake Tahoe. I need to get out of town for something other than bicycle racing. I will take lots of pictures. When I was a kid I thought it was heaven.
