Good morning.

Check out the Bush thread and see all the liberals posting trash there. I guess in typical liberal style there's suppose to be two sets of rules, one you talk about and one you actually do.Originally posted by crazyforgoofy
Bush-ites: Get your own thread! Oh, wait you have one. Then what in the hell are you doin' posting here?

I know--a lot of Bush voters who post here just repeat the talking points they hear on TV. It's actually pretty funny.
Actually, I'm reading Kerry talking points that he's never said, liberals are making up what they wish he would say, but isn't. Fabrication, how liberal.Originally posted by BuckNaked
But Bush supporters only post what they hear in Bush talking points, as opposed to the Kerry supporters who post...Kerry talking points.![]()

Face it, the liberal agenda has not worked in this country. Clinton figured that out and adopted much of the conservative approach. Unfortunately, not enough of it, he handed us a recession and a weakend intelligence and military.

This is the liberal thread. it is bad etiquette that you are crashing our thread. I refuse to read your anti-social trash, therefore I'm putting you on ignore.![]()

It's a shame we can't even engage in polite discourse with our Republican counterparts without someone coming in and attacking us on our own turf.
Someone tried to remove my Kerry sticker from my van but only managed to take a corner of it.

Our priest was flaming mad yesterday. He told the congregation that no one could tell them how to vote, not the pope, not the bishop, not the pro-life movement. He said it was the height of insulting to take that right away from people by implying they are not religious or following the teachings of Christ or the Church if they don't support a certain candidate. So many people were nodding their heads in agreement. I, for one, am tired of the Catholic Church trying to tell me how to vote.

I told her I thought Pharoahs were appointed by their god, not Presidents, but that went over her head.Originally posted by Elwood Blues
I thought so too when I politely asked a question but there were nasty comments made to me regarding a cesspool and a rock and I was basically railroaded off. Very nice.
And I didn't know that you owned this little part of the DIS.
Is Pete now renting out space for private groups?

Well Yay for your Priest.
I've heard just about enough of the "Vote Bush = Good Christian" argument. Particularly when thousands of American soldiers and Iraqi citizens are dying. Uhhh, I'm no expert on Christianity, but wasn't Jesus' message one of peace? Wasn't Jesus a man of forgiveness and opposed to bigotry and class and cultural bias?
GWB and co. are not my idea of good Christians just because they read the bible and claim themselves good Christians.

Sadly my MIL says the first step to saving my soul is renouncing the sinner John Kerry, and voting for the man appointed by Jesus- President Bush.
Um yeah okI told her I thought Pharoahs were appointed by their god, not Presidents, but that went over her head.
Either way, I thought Jesus was a liberal
