Okay...well I have a loong term boyfriend who has seen what i look like when i've just rolled out of bed, or when i just got back from work/the gym, or when i'm sick.
so i really have no one to impress lol.


to be honest....the only people i'm trying to impress with the way i dress is other girls!!!! whe i buy a new top from such & such a store i KNOW my bf isn't going to be like "OMG! That top is soooo amazing where did you get it!!" or "OMGGG your outfit is amazzzing!!"....no, he certainly is not.

Guys don't care about how trendy your clothes are or what store they are fom they just care how it looks on you.

So when I buy a hot new outfit, it's not because I'm looking to impress any guys...rather, I'm trying to impress my girlfriends.

I try to look presentable but its for me...and not for anyone else. I believe that if someone likes you, they should like you for who you are not for how you look. I dress the way I want, I wear make up because I want to, and I act however I want. And if some guy I like, doesn't like or respect me, well too bad. He's not the right guy for me.

Fortunately, I have a guy who is perfect and adorable and loves me for me.

unfortunately, i do care, but only at first. i think its only because im realistic enough to know that first impressions have 99% to do with appearance. when ive been talking to someone for a few weeks, i dont care how they see me, because if my personality isnt good enough by then, i dont care if they stop talking to me anyways

Yes I like to wear lipgloss and eye shadow with a little eyeliner and yes I like to make my hair look nice but it's not to impress guys. It's 'cause it makes me feel good to know I look good. And correct me if I'm wrong but girls don't just dress up and do their makeup just for guys they do it to impress girls to. Because I mean seriously no matter how good of friends we are we always crave that "OMG where did you get that?" or "Jeez those earrings are to die for!" C'mon now don't lie.

Yeah, I used to do that, but I'm slowly starting to not care. I'm confident enough to go out in sweats, a ponytail, and no makeup. I used to always wear makeup because I thought I looked ugly without, and I realized I didn't, makeup just enhanced what natural beauty I already had. I'll still wear makeup and stuff, just not a lot of it, it's such a both to wear a ton.

I'd rather do things to my appearance for myself, not them or anybody else for that matter. I do straighten my hair every morning in order to avoid the giant ball of curls it has a tendency to become if I don't , but as far as make-up goes I mainly just wear a little bit of cover up, some eye-shadow, and lip gloss. Nothing major because it would drive me crazy if I did, and I HATE dressing up because I'm really not that much of a girly-girl. I can be in personality, but as far as clothes go I'd like to stick to a t-shirt and jeans.

I honestly think I make enough of a first impression around guys without worrying about how I look. A wonderful example of this being when I was so buisy reading a message on my cell phone that I ran right into a closed, glass door. A guy was standing over in the corner and looking at me like I had just lost my mind...but I was too buisy laughing about my stupidity to care.

kinda.. but its not like we pay attention to every little detail... its just our overall impression of the girl ... too much fancy clothes and make up is a definite put off for me... it either means that the chicks trying to cover something, is really fake, or just slutty... not to mention high maintenance.... and no make up and raggedy clothes is also a put off .. because well... its bummish lol... so its best to shoot in between... personally, im attracted to minimal make up and just straight up casualness... brand name clothes and purses mean nothing lol.. but this is just speaking if i was going for a GF .... the girls that always dress up fancy and stuff are still really good eye candy haha.. i just dont think id go for them in a relationship setting.. but all in all, appearance is pretty much just good for the first attention or notice.. after that, its completely based on personality

I do dress nice and put on makeup and occasionally ( maybe half the week ) straighten the jungle of thickness you call my hair, but I dont do it for guys. I don't really care what guys think of my outside beauty, only my inside. If they're smart enough to figure out how to do that, I think they're worth something.

i'm headed to work right now (dising while eating my daily yogurt cup. lol)
and i'm wearing:
black knee lenght nike basketball shorts
a white wife beater
a green tshirt. (4H shirt)
and some tennis shoes.

i work with kids, and we're gonna be doing a lot of activities after i lecture for a little bit this morning.

this is pretty much my average every day wear. my hair is in a pony tail, my face is clean and makeup free.

and i think i look fine.

i sometimes care. i hardly wear any make up besides mascara. i think that if a guy doesnt like the way you look, then he can deal with it.

No.
I don't wear much makeup. And wear Jeans/capris and t-shirts as much as I can. I also wear hoodies alot, unless I have to dress up.
I don't ever think of what someone is gonna think of me when I'm getting dressed. It's comfortable and I think I look fine in it.
