3.Chefs de France for lunch
In September I have ADRs for Biergarten, Teppan Edo(the kid's favorite), and Chefs for dinner.

San Angel use to be my favorite! I LOVED the food and the atmosphere. We ate there every time. However, all of the sudden, they changed their food and the service was terrible (June 2009). We waited 10 minutes (literally) AFTER being seated until someone finally came to wait on us. I still love the atmosphere, but have got to put thumbs down to the restaurant (as much as I hate to).

Tell me about Le Cellier and Teppan Edo. How is the atmosphere for these two?

For those we have tried:

Le Cellier
Le Chefs de France

Tutto Italia
Tokyo Dining
Marrakesh
Nine Dragons

1)Le Cellier (the best meal we've had at WDW)
2)Tokyo Dining (elegant, delicious food)
3)Teppan Edo (not unique to us, but deliciously done hibachi)
4)San Angel Inn (ok food, GREAT atmosphere)
5)Tutto Italia (disappointing)
6)Biergarten (fun place, not my taste)

Such a short list! I always tell my DF we've got to try the other countries, but then we wind up going back to the places we like instead. I'd say the food at Tutto Italia was marginally better than San Angel, but the atmosphere at SAI bumped it up.

I'm not a fan of the food at Biergarten, not because it isn't GOOD, just that it's not to my taste (I don't eat sausage, mayonnaise-based salads, etc etc), but I LOVE the restaurant itself, and DF loves the food, so we've eaten there three times in the last year and a half.

We've got to try Chefs De France next. The only places we'll probably never go to are Nine Dragons and Marrakesh.

Wish there were and India-themed pavillion in Epcot!

Of the ones I've been to in the World Showcase here are mine in order.

1. Biergarten (lot's of fun and fun food)
2. San Angel Inn ( great atmosphere & I enjoy it's not Tex-Mex)
3. Teppan Edo (we have Japanese steakhouse's near us but still fun).
4. Rose & Crown ( relaxing and just enjoy it)
5. Le Chef's de France ( good food but a bit packed)
6. Le'Cellier ( Loud, dark, cramped and arrogant staff, and extremly overrated place)
7. Tutto Italia (nothing great, nothing terrible, like Le'Cellier the food is ok)
8. Akershus (just not my thing. Though the princess dinner was a lot of fun for my dd)

I second your Quote the last 1 is not good just plain bland food, I asked myself where was the use of oregano, basil, onion & salt!

I've only tried three:
