? for Dark Marauder - Mummy Scare Factor

Hey DM -

Could you give us some idea what the scare factor is going to be on the Mummy. I know it will be different for everyone, but I'm trying to figure out it is will be off the scale for my 8yo nephew. If you use a scale of 1-10, and JPRA is a 7 and Dinosaur at AK is an 8-1/2, then what is Mummy going to be? 10? Higher? Too scary for me???

He was six the last time we went, and once on those attractions were enough for him. I'm hoping that since he's a little older, he will enjoy everything more. And I hope he can handle Mummy, because I'm sure my crew will want to ride it repeatedly.

For him, probably a 12-13? But since he's older maybe it'll be just a 9?

There are several sequences, rollercoaster included, that could be quite scary for younger ones. Even as I saw them, I thought "wow, that's going to be scary" and I said that in almost every sequence!

But it's going to be fun! If it scares you, it's so it scares you silly, kinda like HHN. Well, maybe not like HHN.

Thanks for the info DM. We'll send his mom through first and see what she thinks. If it is a no, there's always plenty of other stuff for him to do.
