For CM's that give that extra magic....

If you come acrossed a CM that gives you extra magic, pay close attention to their name, the area they are working at, the date and where they are from. Then when you get home drop Disney a line about the extra magic you received. The CM's do get recognized for their service. I recently email Disney regarding a CM at the boneyard in AK and they showed the email to her and she got a nice pin from her supervisor. The CM's really appreciate it.

Thank you for positng this. There was one CM who was wonderful to my son when his Mickey hat was stolen. I was going to write to the WDW organization to tell them how we appreciated her when we got back, but I am ashamed to admit I kept putting ir off and then forgot about it. FYI it happened in May!

This post reminded me to send off the e-mail tonight. Better late than never, I hope.

Don't wait till you get home, recognize that cast member today. You can ask for their manager, or go to guest services and tell them about a wonderful experience you've had. That way it's fresh in your mind and you won't risk the chance of forgetting their name. It's also really wonderful to have a guest praise you in front of your manager. Believe me, it makes the day so much better!
