I get two to three sinus infections a year and am always looking for a solution. My doctor suggested a Neti Pot with Saline solution for irrigation of the sinuses. All I can say is WOW. Does it clean out the sinuses.

It's pretty gross (I found a video on how to do it at Sinucleanse website) but it is amazing.

If you have chronic sinus infections, give it a try.

Really?
I have allergies and I always think about doing it.

Does it hurt or feel awful to do? I am a chicken.:lmao:

If the water is warm it actually feels somewhat pleasant. I haven't had any choking issues or such. For reference, I hate getting water up my nose when I swim as I feel like I am gagging. But I had none of those types of feeling while doing the procedure.

Thinking about it, imagining what it feels like is far worse than actually doing it.

I've been using Ocean spray, but I keep on meanng to get a neti pot.

I've been using one also and it works great.

Several months ago, they recommended this in my son's Allergy and Asthma magazine. I can't get my 12-year old to do it, but I like it.

I am going to have to try this. I am suffering from a big sinus infection right now.
