For anyone wondering the best age to visit

We love Disney! Absolutely love it and often here from people that we are wasting our money going when they are young. If you are considering going - don't listen to that!

We started our first child when he was 3. Our second child began at 20 months old. From that point we never looked back. My sons are adults now, my wife and I still attend the World twice yearly.

My daughter went to Disneyland for the first time at 3 months, my son went to Disneyland for the first time at 5 months. We've been averaging twice a year, and every time we go I say it's my favorite age. DS was 18 months when we went last month, and I'll admit I have a love/hate relationship with that age. It's so much fun because everything is new and exciting. He would sit nicely next to me and as soon as the rides started he would say "whee!" However, waiting in line at this age sucks! Lol there's no sugar coating it, it just sucks. But the good far outweighs the bad and we are going back in June.

I agree with you!

I found a trip to Disney for our family was the easiest place to go on vacation where we'd all just have fun! I love leaving driving to them, and there was always something fun to do and see for our kids when they were little!

I don't know that people say it is wasting money to go young. I completely agree that if you are only going to go ONCE, going when they are 7-8 is PERFECT! My 9 year old was still a nice age and she loved it but I could tell the magic wasn't quite there like it was with our then 7 year old...and my 7 year old was just barely tall enough for everything (48") we wanted to ride so nobody had to stay behind and everyone got to have fun. If we had the money to go every year I would definitely bring younger kids but as it is we left our 2 and 4 year olds at home for this trip and I don't regret that decision one bit. We'll go again and bring them next time, but my rule is under 40" and they aren't going

YEah 3.5 and 5 months are retty good ages to go. Is not the same as 1-2 yo
