Sure ADR's are important if you are going in peak season, or if you absolutly want to eat at a particular restaurant (like Brown Derby) BUT, my husband and I came back two weeks ago, and we only had 2 ADR's for the entire 6 full days we where there. We ended up eating our way around the world (as my husband likes to say), including Liberty Tavern for lunch on Sunday, Monday we did have Lunch with an Imagineer which was one of our ADRs, Tuesday was Tusker House, Wednesday was Lunch at Alfredo's in EPCOT, Thursday was our anniversary so we ate at California Grill (our 2nd ADR) and Friday was Whispering Canyon.
I did call about 5PM on Friday evening to get in at 6:30 for Whispering Canyon as I absolutly love that place.
So my point, it IS important to plan to a certain extent, but not everybody needs to make ADR's for every breakfast, lunch and dinner during off season.
I know it would stress me way out, and Im sure it would others.
