For anyone recently at POFQ...

I have seen conflicting reports on here regarding the extra drink at breakfast. Some say that you can no longer get two drinks and some say that you can. When I called Disney they said that you can. Has anyone done this recently? Were you able to get an extra drink? We leave Friday and I am trying to decide if I need to bring extra water bottles.

We stayed at POR granted it's not POFQ but we couldn't get the second drink last month.

Stayed at POR last week. The signs say for breakfast on the dining plan it is an entree & 1 beverage. Makes you not want to waste a quick service on breakfast anymore!!!

This was a change to the DDP for 2011 and is not resort specific. CS breakfasts no longer include 2 drinks; they only include 1 drink. CMs on the phone are notoriously wrong about these kinds of details. You will not be able to get a second drink with your breakfast using a CS credit no matter which CS location you go to. The only exception is if you're getting what's known as a continental breakfast which I believe is 3 snack credit eligible items including the drink. If you do this then you can get 2 drinks plus a snack credit eligible baked good for breakfast. You'll want to ask about this before ordering because it does seem to vary by CM whether it's available or not.

Definitely ask first. We have done it without any problems at MSB numerous times.

However we spent 2 weeks at POFQ in October and they would not budge on this. If you used a CS credit for breakfast (at the time you still got 2 beverages) it was ONE pastry/side. Unless you find a CM willing to give a bit of leeway on this, you are way better off using a snack credit
