the Summer 2003 Disney Magazine has an article about DCL's Palo, with recipes! The recipes are for their mushroom risotto and famous Chocolate Souffle with vanilla AND chocolate sauce. My absolute two favorite dishes from our cruise, now to see if I'm brave enough to try them!
