I've been noticing that a few Universal Studio veterans saying that if you plan accordingly, a person really doesn't need to use the Express Passes. What would be a good plan of attack to ride most, if not all, of the rides and see the shows. We will be a group of 7 adults, so we aren't really interested in the kiddie rides, unless of course they are a must ride or see.

Any help planning would be greatly appreciated.

USF plan of attack

1- Hit Jimmy Neutron (as park opens up at 8:45)
2- Do Mummy
3- Time for ET
4- BTTF for you!
5- Aim well at MIB
6- Attack Jaws! (if open)
7- Shake things up at Earthquake
8- At your own leisure do Shrek, T2, Twister, and other shows you want to hit.

I added Shrek to the leisure list because it is my own experience that when they opened up the 2nd theater, wait times decreased. If they are only running one theater that day, hit it 1st or 2nd.

And don't miss the Horror Makeup Show. It is a lot of fun.

I'm not crazy about Jimmy Neutron but others like it. You're lucky that Slacking didn't recommend Barney. He loves that show!

I'll 2nd the not crazy about Jimmy Neutron. I'd only do that if you have time or are a BIG Jimmy Neutron fan. Shrek is a must, it's wonderful, so is the Horror Make-up show. We enjoyed the Animal Planet show as well but would skip that if time is running short.

Best strategy for non-FOTL: Go during the slower times of year, like bvetween T'giving and mid-December.

Second best strategy for non-FOTL: Get there early.

I am surprised that more people don't mention the Horror make up show we LOVE it, I think it's one of the best shows at Universal and if it's to hot and your tired of walking it's a great way to get some a/c and rest up.
