Would you happen to know if I bring my laptop on board will I get internet access with it? I have a wireless card but would I be able to connect thru their internet

Right now internet access is only available through the internet cafe, cove cafe, or the stack (teen's club).

I've heard the ship is wired to handle a wireless connection (does that make sense) but it is not offered to cruisers yet.

No. I have heard that other lines have them, but as of right now, Disney has no wireless access on either ship. Maybe if enough cruisers inquire about it, then they will add it.
Having said that, be prepared to hear about how you should leave you cellphone and laptop at home since you are on vacation. I asked a similar question a couple of months ago and that was what I heard and not much about the wireless internet.

No ...........don't waste your time, unless you want to bring the laptop to upload the pictures you take on the ship.

The Magic does have wireless access, but not offered to guests

I saw a CM using it while on the sports deck checking in/out kids from the clubs.

Would be great to have wireless access!!!

ok i have no idea about connecting through the internet ON the cruise ship, you can always do the internet cafe thing i guess, how ever, if you have you own card, like i do, you may be able to use that. i brought my lap top on the cruise we went on, and most of the time, i was able to sign in and get internet access through my internet card. i do not know what you have, or who you go through, so i cannot say, but, in some places you woll be able to get service, others you will not. but, hey! this is you vacation, who want to spend it on the computer anyways, live it up man, get on that top deck and PARTY!!!
