p.s. -- I'm typing this with one hand nursing a bicycle crash injury sustained at 1:30AM this past Monday. I was 30 miles into an overnight 100 miler when a 150+lb MAMA wild hog sideswiped me. Cracked Scapula, 2 cracked ribs and a punctured lung. Apparently breaking a scapula accounts for less than 1% of all broken bones and is usually sustained by 25 to 45 year old males.

WELL, this male is approaching 70(July) and while I don't PARTY HARD, I certainly continue to RIDE HARD..... and land harder.
