? for AA/AAA discount experts

I am looking at making a booking with Embassy Suites (Hilton Group) and their website offers AAA discounts but requests International members to enter their 3 digit association code.

I have AA membership, not got my card yet though but have my number, I have tried various combinations of 3 digit segments of my membership number, but nothing works.

Does anyone have any idea of what this 3 digit code is they are asking for?

The Hilton website is the one I haven't cracked either. I did read some time ago that someone phoned Hilton's UK Central Reservations and got the discount that way, but I've never tried it.
