Were any of you able to get custom printed menus? If they don't do them at the restaurant, can I print my own? Do I drop them off just before the wedding? OMG I feel so clueless:confused3 ! I just want to make sure that my guests don't just sit down and start ordering from the menu:scared1: as my DF and I have already decided which options we want to offer ( the buffet). Any thoughts? Thanks!:worship:

The restaurant will do it for you and they are free...email them some pictures, they will put them on there for you.

I did a custom menu at Citrico's and they printed menus for my party - they were really nice!

Narcoossee's only offers a limited menu for large groups (over 10 I think) and they did the custom menus for us - they said "Congratulations Tricia and Reuben" across the top. Someday I might remember to get a shot of them posted on here!

either - if you calll wdw dine they'll transfer you to narcoossee's if you don't have the number

Well, many of you have described calling the ADR line as a hit or miss...boy you were right:confused3 ! The first person I got, told me that none of the restaurants do custom menus:eek: . She also said she couldn't put me through to the restaurant, but did give me the number. The next one I got put me on hold for 15 minutes, then someone disconnected me:sad2: . Then I called again, and that person said they couldn't do menus for parties under 25????? :scared1: So, I asked well, we have a specific menu in mind, we just don't want to have our guest sitting down and ordering like crazy (mainly the large number of tweens/teens we have going, and my kids). His reply? Tell them what they can and cannot have!!!!!:scared1:  Guess I will wait a bit and call when the shifts change...what a horror show. Is it always this complicated?

Maybe you could try group dining 407-939-7707

or I'm sure over on the restaurant board they have the numbers to the specific restaurants-they might be able to help you directly.

DisneyAddict, if I'm not correct, I think your WC can arrange your meal....I was told that any meal happening on the day of the wedding (even for Escape brides) that would be considered a reception she would help to arrange. All other meals (ie. welcome dinner, good by breakfast) you would need to do yourself.
It probably wouldn't hurt to check with your WC to see if she can help at all. Other than that, have you tried Group Dining? I think you need to have at least 12 people if I am remembering correctly.....

i could not get personilised menus at grand floridian cafe for our rehearsal lunch but i have heard some people have so I think you have to get lucky with you you talk to

So weird how it depend on whomever answers your call! Group dining was helpful but they STILL had no answers! THIS is the part of the wedding experience where I go :scared1: BRIDEZILLA:scared1: !!!!!!!

So sorry that you are having issues. Which resort are you planning on having your dinner?

If you have your reservations already, I would suggest calling the restaurant directly and maybe ask to speak to the manager. Give them the disclaimer up front - hey I'm a confused frantic bride and I have so many questions :rotfl: . Seriously, I would think that the manager would be the best resource. If you can't find the phone number - google it. :surfweb:

Good luck pixiedust:
